Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet safety and environmental standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in industrial design. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed designs for industrial buildings, structures, and facilities
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, etc.
- Collaborate with engineers to determine structural requirements
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure design specifications are met
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, materials, etc.
