Network Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team in St-Petersburg, Canada. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer networks and related IT infrastructure. This includes ensuring the security and integrity of the network, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing new technologies as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Managing user accounts and permissions on the network
- Implementing security measures to protect the network from cyber threats
- Performing regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Identifying and resolving network hardware and software problems
- Upgrading network equipment and software as needed
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure smooth functioning of all systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Network Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco routers/switches
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1600 per month
