Restaurant Manager (Isa Town, Bahrain)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food and service standards, managing staff, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food quality, service standards, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and manage staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure profitability
- Create and implement new menus and promotions to attract customers and increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)

Salary: 1000$ per month (tax-free)
Contract job: 1-year contract with potential for renewal based on performance.
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain (candidate must be willing to relocate if not already living in Bahrain)
