Personal Trainer - Fitness and Wellness Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Utena, a charming city nestled in the beautiful countryside of Lithuania. As a Personal Trainer, you will provide customized fitness and wellness programs for our clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Design personalized fitness plans based on each client's goals, abilities, and preferences
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing guidance and motivation throughout the workout
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injury and maximize results
- Create nutrition plans and advise clients on healthy eating habits to complement their fitness routine
- Track client progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
- Promote our services through social media, word-of-mouth, and other marketing strategies
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest trends and information in the fitness industry to provide top-notch service to our clients

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Passion for health and wellness with strong knowledge of exercise principles, nutrition, and human anatomy
- Ability to create effective workout programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Proven track record of successfully helping clients achieve their fitness goals
- Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional time management skills
