Job Title: Metal Fabricator



We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for shaping, cutting and joining metal parts to create various structures and products. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in metal fabrication and the ability to work with various types of metal including steel, aluminum, and copper.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and design drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark metal pieces according to specifications
- Cut and shape metal pieces using tools such as saws, shears, and plasma cutters
- Weld or solder pieces together using various techniques such as MIG and TIG welding
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards by conducting inspections
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal fabrication
- Strong knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and design drawings
- Experience with welding techniques such as MIG and TIG
- Ability to use various tools including saws, shears, grinders, etc.
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
