Online Consultant - Remote Position (Moscow)

Our global online consulting company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our growing team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via chat, email, and phone. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving any product or service-related issues, as well as providing guidance on how to use our various online tools and platforms.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think on your feet, and have a strong understanding of technology. Fluency in English is required, but additional language skills are a plus. Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.

We offer competitive compensation of 1800$ per month and flexible working hours. This position is open to all nationalities, but candidates currently residing in Moscow will be given preference. A biometric passport is required for this role.
