Online Consultant - Customer Support (Moscow, Canada)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Consultant to join our team in Moscow. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various online channels including chat, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat, email, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of online platforms such as social media, email, chat, etc.
- Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
Salary:
1200$ per month
