Indian Pastry Chef in Ufa

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Ufa. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring quality control of all pastry products.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop creative pastry menus that cater to Indian cuisine preferences
- Prepare and bake various desserts, pastries, and breads according to recipes
- Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, including ordering and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen area
- Ensure quality control of all pastry products before they are served to customers
- Train junior pastry staff on proper techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Indian desserts, pastries, and breads
- Ability to create new recipes while adhering to traditional Indian flavors
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Valid work permit for Ufa
