Our company, a well-established organization in Acre, Canada, is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Process invoices and maintain financial records
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain office policies and procedures manual
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and suppliers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an office management role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Canadian nationality or valid work permit for Canada
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
