Experienced Glazier in Kaunas, Lithuania

We are currently seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing and repairing glass and other transparent materials in various settings such as homes, commercial buildings, and vehicles. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to specified size and shape
- Install glass in frames or on surfaces using putty, caulking or other methods
- Repair or replace damaged or broken glass
- Fabricate and install metal framework for glass installation
- Read blueprints or specifications to determine type and thickness of glass needed
- Safely operate tools and equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and polishing machines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Glazier is required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Knowledge of various types of glass and their applications
- Familiarity with safety procedures when handling glass and using tools/equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Good communication skills in English

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time job with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. The position does not include accommodation, so preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Kaunas or have their own housing arrangements. We welcome both Indian nationals living in Kaunas or those looking to relocate to Lithuania.
