Part-Time Administrator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Muharraq. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies, order new supplies when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
1600$ per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)

Location:
Muharraq, Bahrain
