We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, and we are open to candidates without prior experience in the field. Free visa and ticket will be provided for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project specifications
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements
- Adhere to safety protocols on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to work on site during all types of weather conditions
