Junior Land Surveyor
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia. As a Junior Land Surveyor, you will work closely with our senior surveyors and assist in collecting and analyzing data to create accurate maps and measurements for construction, engineering, or land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career in the field of land surveying.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior surveyors in conducting field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps, plans, and drawings
- Use CAD software to draft survey data and create detailed maps
- Work on construction sites to measure and mark boundaries for buildings or other structures
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveys
- Follow safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of CAD software is preferred but training will be provided if necessary
- Good mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Indian nationality preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (3 months with possibility of extension)
