We are hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva! As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models to help clients visualize the final design
- Develop project proposals, including estimated costs and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
