We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects from conception to completion. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to bring the project to fruition
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary changes or adjustments as needed
- Monitor project budget and ensure that all costs stay within budget limits
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience working on commercial projects in Lithuania or Eastern Europe
- Ability to speak Lithuanian or Russian
