Senior Architect - Washington

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Washington. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that align with their goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field of architecture and possess excellent design, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, construction techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Washington (Preference for Indian candidates)

Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
