Loader Operator

We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Isa Town. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and transport materials such as gravel, rocks, sand, or construction debris. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating loaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader efficiently and safely according to job site requirements
- Load and transport materials using the loader
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Perform minor repairs on equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the job site
