Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee and manage our loading operations in Siauliai. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient loading of goods onto trucks and other vehicles. You will work closely with the loading team to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the loading process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading team to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the loading process
- Inspect goods before loading to ensure they are in good condition
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Communicate with truck drivers to arrange for timely pick up of loaded goods
- Keep accurate records of loaded goods and maintain proper documentation
- Train new loaders on proper loading procedures and safety protocols
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the loading team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to loading operations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation may be provided for non-local candidates)

Working hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Language requirements: Fluent English

Experience requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
