Office Manager - Gujrat, India


We are currently hiring for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including but not limited to office supplies, maintenance, and equipment
- Maintain personnel records and handle employee inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Oversee the work of administrative staff and provide support when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure efficiency and organization
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa to work in India
