Skilled Plasterer for Residential and Commercial Projects in Bergen

We are a reputable construction company in Bergen seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and repairing any imperfections
- Mix plaster materials according to project specifications
- Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or sanding
- Create texture or patterns if required
- Smooth out any imperfections and ensure an even finish
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Plasterer in residential and commercial settings
- Proven ability to work with different types of plaster materials
- Knowledge of different techniques for applying plaster
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, etc.
- Own tools preferred but not required
