As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to provide a smooth and even finish. You will work with various tools and techniques to ensure the best results, while also adhering to safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and removing any debris or obstacles
- Mix plaster according to instructions or use ready-made plaster products
- Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or using a hawk and trowel method
- Use hand tools or power tools to create desired textures or patterns on the surface
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plaster before applying new layers
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster by using appropriate bonding agents or primers
- Work with other construction professionals such as carpenters or painters to coordinate projects
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working at heights or with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in both residential and commercial settings
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or plans for accurate measurements and calculations
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, scrapers, and sanders
- Familiarity with different types of plaster products and their application methods
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity for prolonged periods of standing and working with hands above head level
- Attention to detail for achieving smooth finishes without any imperfections
- Good communication skills for working with team members and following instructions
- Safety-conscious mindset when working at heights or with potentially hazardous materials

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. The actual amount may vary based on experience level and skills.
