Our cozy cafe in the charming city of Plovdiv is seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to our menu
- Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards
- Keep the cafe clean and organized at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and addressing any issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee roasting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language skills would be an asset)
- Friendly attitude with a passion for creating a positive customer experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Valid work permit or residency in Bulgaria
