We are currently hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that the systems are properly installed and functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, batteries and other related equipment according to specifications
- Conduct site evaluations to determine the best location for installation
- Perform electrical wiring and connect solar panels to the electrical grid
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure functionality
- Provide maintenance and repairs on existing solar energy systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in solar installation is preferred
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Physically fit and able to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and carry heavy equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
As a Solar Installer, you can expect a salary of 1500$ per month in addition to any overtime pay.

Contract Job:
This position is on a contractual basis with a possibility of extension based on performance. This allows for flexibility in your schedule while providing valuable work experience.
