We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems for residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops, ground mounts, and other structures according to project specifications
- Conduct site evaluations to determine the best placement for solar panels and ensure optimal energy production
- Perform electrical wiring and connections to connect solar panels to existing electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for solar panel installation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction techniques
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
