Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and company events
- Manage travel arrangements for employees
- Create and maintain filing systems to ensure organization of important documents
- Train new staff members on office procedures and company policies
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Handle employee inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work on a contract basis
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Bungoma but does not require English proficiency or specific nationality.
