Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Khasab. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Middle East region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
Salary: 1800$ per month
Location: Khasab, Oman.
Employment Type: Full time.
