Personal Trainer

A premier fitness center in Riyadh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective fitness programs to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and leading them towards a healthier lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, health history, and goals
- Design personalized workout plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and assist clients with proper form
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy living habits
- Maintain a clean and organized training area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer in a professional setting
- Certification in personal training or related field (ACE, NASM, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Ability to create effective workout programs for various types of clients (beginners, athletes, etc.)
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
