Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Create and develop new menu items that reflect our restaurant's style and appeal to our customers' tastes
- Monitor food costs and maintain financial responsibility for the kitchen budget
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions that feature unique menus or dining experiences

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines with a passion for creativity in the kitchen
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Strong understanding of food cost control measures and experience creating budgets for kitchen operations

Qualifications:
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven track record of successful menu creation in previous roles as an Executive Chef
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Compensation:
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
