Foundry Worker


We are seeking a skilled Foundry Worker to join our team in Malindi. As a Foundry Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various foundry equipment such as furnaces, ladles, and molds to produce high-quality metal castings. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the proper pouring and molding of molten metal into molds to create castings according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor foundry equipment such as furnaces, ladles, and molds
- Prepare molds by cleaning, coating, and assembling them according to specifications
- Pour molten metal into molds and ensure proper cooling time
- Remove finished castings from the molds and perform any necessary finishing processes such as grinding or sandblasting
- Inspect finished castings for any defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in a foundry is preferred but not required
- Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Malayalee or Nepali preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this full-time position.
