Foundryman

We are hiring a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Malindi. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment, melting and pouring metal, and producing high-quality castings according to specifications. You will also be responsible for inspecting and repairing molds, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Foundryman
- Knowledge of foundry processes, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities:
- Operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, crucibles, ladles, etc.
- Melt metal according to specified temperature requirements
- Pour molten metal into molds to produce castings
- Inspect castings for defects and repair as needed
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
