The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team in Faro. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong multitasking abilities. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing documents and correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, and assisting with other tasks as needed. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this role.
