We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, servers, and networks
- Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure the security of all company data by implementing appropriate security measures
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements or upgrades to existing systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions as needed
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other IT services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience in managing teams and projects within an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware/software systems, security protocols, disaster recovery plans, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
As an IT Manager at our company in Os, Norway you can expect a salary of 900$ per month.
