Merchandiser for Indian Market in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team and oversee the Indian market in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with suppliers, buyers, and store managers to ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for the Indian market in Lusail
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotions
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Communicate with buyers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train store managers on visual merchandising techniques
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of Indian market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong negotiation skills to work with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within Lusail when necessary
