Head Chef



A reputable restaurant in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff. In this role, you will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and maintaining high sanitation standards. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments and ensure smooth operations within the kitchen. A competitive salary of 1300$ per month is offered for this position.

As our Head Chef, you will:

- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in delivering high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations
- Create new menus based on seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and customer feedback
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Train new employees on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Creative flair for developing new recipes and presenting dishes in an attractive manner
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure all food is prepared on time without compromising quality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
