Architectural Designer (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a fast-paced architectural design firm based in Siauliai, seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, preferably with experience in commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and schematics using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Review and analyze building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and zoning regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$, commensurate with experience.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai, with the option for remote work.
