Indian Pastry Chef in Las Vegas


We are hiring an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian desserts and pastries, as well as experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As our Indian Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and delicious Indian-inspired desserts, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring high quality and consistent food standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative and authentic Indian dessert menus
- Prepare all desserts according to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian desserts, flavors, and techniques
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Las Vegas (no English language proficiency required)
