Call Center Representative for Indian Nationals


A reputable call center in Jeddah is seeking experienced Indian nationals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Keep records of all interactions with customers in the company database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
