Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative



We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or issues
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow up with customers on open issues or requests
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Jeddah, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own visa.
