Job Title: Office Assistant - Lusail
Our company is seeking a friendly and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments/meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, including memos, letters, and reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Keep track of office expenses and manage petty cash
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month
