We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Research Scientist to join our team in Akron. As a Computer Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and development in the field of computer science. You will design, develop, and implement new computer algorithms and systems, as well as perform data analysis and testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, free visa and ticket provided for international candidates. Women are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development in the field of computer science
- Design, develop, and implement new computer algorithms and systems
- Perform data analysis and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new systems
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and incorporate them into projects
- Write technical reports and present findings to management or clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or research roles
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Experience with data analysis tools such as MATLAB or R is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
