Handyman

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly skilled and versatile handyman with the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. They will be responsible for completing various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. They must also be able to communicate effectively with clients and have exceptional time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing broken fixtures, and maintaining heating and cooling systems
- Conduct routine inspections of the property and identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, flooring, or other surfaces
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional certifications or training in specific trades such as plumbing or electrical work is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
