Entry-Level Locksmith Apprentice

As an entry-level locksmith apprentice, you will learn the trade of locksmithing through hands-on training and instruction from experienced professionals. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in pursuing a career as a locksmith but has little to no prior experience. You will work alongside our team of skilled locksmiths to provide lock installation, repair, and maintenance services to our clients in Ufa. This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced locksmiths and assist with lock installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn how to use common locksmith tools such as drills, picks, and key-cutting machines
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge of the trade
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic understanding of math for measuring and cutting materials accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must have a valid driver's license (or be willing to obtain one)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month with potential for growth as you gain more experience.

Location:
This job is located in Ufa, Russia. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Russia.
