Fitter Engineer

As a Fitter Engineer, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting together metal parts to construct machines, structures, and other equipment. Your duties will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, using hand and power tools to cut and shape metal components, and welding or soldering parts together. You will also be expected to perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a fitter or in a similar mechanical engineering position. You must be able to work independently, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are also essential for collaborating with other team members and communicating with clients.

This is a contract job based in Los Angeles with a salary of 1300$. While Indian nationals are preferred, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. This position is open to both men and women.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitter or in a similar mechanical engineering role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Welding or soldering experience is a plus
