A reputable construction company in Al-Khor is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures using various welding techniques. This is a contract position, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. We welcome applicants from Pakistan who are fluent in English and have a valid work visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Select appropriate welding method based on material type and thickness
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal parts together
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Repair any defects or irregularities in welds
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Familiarity with welding tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate welds
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Certification in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding
- Experience with different types of metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
