Junior Architectural Technologist



As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings, preparing technical specifications, and conducting site surveys. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in architectural design or construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs for various projects
- Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other software
- Prepare technical specifications for materials, finishes, and equipment
- Conduct site surveys to gather information for project development
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure project requirements are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding project details
- Keep up-to-date on building codes and regulations
- Assist with project management tasks as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Clairvaux (open to candidates from any nationality)
