We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

We offer competitive salary starting at 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Lithuania.
