Online English Tutor



We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Online English Tutor to join our team in Malindi. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and interactive English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and has a strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual English lessons through video conferencing software
- Plan and develop lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage students in the learning process
- Provide timely feedback and assessments to students on their progress
- Assist students with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills
- Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records of their progress
- Collaborate with other tutors to share ideas and resources

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Access to a reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, headset, and webcam

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
