Junior Commercial Architect


We are a fast-growing architecture firm in Lahore, seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial projects, from concept to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in the field of commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers on commercial projects
- Assist in creating project proposals, presentations, and design documents
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Attend client meetings and communicate project updates
- Help with site visits and inspections during construction phase
- Ensure that all designs adhere to safety standards and local regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
