Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, creating detailed plans and blueprints, and managing the construction process to ensure it meets industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and budget
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Prepare project cost estimates and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it meets industry standards, regulations, and client expectations
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to plans as needed
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect working on similar projects
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to commercial construction
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

This is a contract job open for all nationalities. Candidates must have their own visa.

Salary: 1300$ per month.
