Surveyor Supervisor



As a Surveyor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of surveyors in the city of Ufa. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all surveying tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in surveying techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of surveyors
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Coordinate with project manager to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits and verify accuracy of measurements and data collected by team members
- Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in survey data
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train new team members on surveying techniques and equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in surveying, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in using various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
